Skye Regan - Yoga with Skye

Skye first came to yoga about 17 years ago and immediately felt the benefits of the practice! She completed her training 10 years ago. Skye has found Yoga incredibly beneficial on many levels “I love how Yoga makes us feel not just physically but also on a mental, emotional and spiritual level. It’s the feeling of being connected and grounded that I love so much”.

In this busy, fast paced life where depression and anxiety are exponentially rising Skye believes Yoga and mindfulness are key in helping one’s overall state of mind & wellbeing.

Skye approaches her classes in a holistic way whereby each part of the body is considered, and there is a balance of stretching and strengthening. She aims to tune into the various levels of her students and what they are needing, adjusting the class accordingly. Each class focuses on the awareness of the breath to open the body and mind. The class ends in deep relaxation to leave her students feeling total relaxed and chilled out.

Connie Liembach - HUM

Having started a consistent yoga practice in 2015 Connie completed her 500 hr Yogalates teacher training in 2016 and was teaching regular yogalates and restorative classes in Gymea until moving to Yass in 2021. Her love for Sound Healing events she facilitates with her husband Peter from Hum Sound Therapy has called her to introduce a calming relaxing nervous system reset in Restorative Yoga with Crystal Singing Bowls.

Our nervous system plays a fundamental role in our wellbeing, it’s important to nurture this vital system. Her class approach is to be inclusive of all levels of fitness and to hold space for a safe process of relaxation, resetting the nervous system and getting that much needed down time in our busy worlds.
